Mind-U-Mental is built on the foundation of The Henderson's family history and legacies in the sport culture, which lead Re'Aunna Henderson to understand the importance of psychological skills needed in order to achieve optimal performance. We are one of the few dynamic sport-oriented families who found success in sports through adversity.

Henderson's father played baseball at the collegiate level on a full scholarship (he played with Hall of Famer, Eddie Murray). She is also related to Kevin Henderson who received a full basketball scholarship to California State University, Fullerton which he later went to play professional basketball for the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers in the late 80's. In addition, Re'Aunna Henderson has an uncle who has been a coach in the National Football League for over a decade. And lastly, it only seems as if Ms. Henderson's brother would be following a similar path to success.
